Qualifications

–       Graduate from Ohio University.

–       10+ years of construction experience.

–       5 years as a project manager for an affordable housing builder.

–       2 years as a superintendent for a custom housing builder.

–       3 years as an outside salesman for a building materials supplier.

–       Completion of the Home Inspection Master Course through AHIT (American Home Inspection Training Institute).

–       Completion of the Termite and other Wood Destroying Pests Training Certification course through Purdue University.

–       Associate Member of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) and strictly follow the NAHI standards of practice.

–       Affiliate Member of the Columbus Board of Realtors.

–      We have SUPRA Key lock box access so we can have access to the property and schedule the inspection without worrying about your realtor’s schedule to give access.

–       NEHA-NRPP (National Environmental Heath Association National Radon Proficiency Program) Certified.

–       Flexible scheduling, we do inspections seven days a week.

–       We offer computer-generated reports, which include pictures, with every inspection. Reports are delivered to the client within 24 hours of the inspection.
